Judge orders strike of Calley killing admission in court martial

In Fort Benning Georgia the judge instructed jurors to strike from the record a portion of Capt Medina testimony about Lt Calley admitting the killing of civilians. The panel was sent to barracks for final arguments and to stay locked up during deliberations.

Judge grants defense request amid juror taunting delay

The judge plans to grant the motion to sequester the jury after noting Medune warned leaders of their rights not to incriminate themselves.
