Harold H. Burleigh 26 of East Palo Alto entered the KGO transmitter at 38000 Thornton Ave near the Dumbarton Bridge after hours, wore three hats to mislead police, and left the station off air from about 8 PM to 5 AM. He faces arraignment on burglary and felony malicious mischief charges.
