Spotlight on Sports Lou Profumo Coached Baseball
Lou Profumo, head coach and guardian of Streble Paint's East Bay Connie Mack team, discusses coaching baseball as his hobby. He notes the challenge of balancing family life with weekend and weeknight coaching and emphasizes strong pitching, aggressive play, and dedication as keys to success. He highlights recruiting from local high schools and nearby areas, and reflects on his philosophy that coaching differs from playing while treating players as family.
