The Sequoyah Country Club hosted the Southern Alameda county Real Estate boards eighth annual summer party last night. Guests enjoyed dinner dancing and stage entertainment, with Bud Brennan serving as general organizer.
St Felicitas Women's Club announced its upcoming June 28 meeting to approve a calendar for the year. New committee chairmen were named by president Mrs Paul Bicknell including hostess Barrios publicity Hartmann catechist Van Loon program mailing Kimmel clerical Hartmann refreshments Ornellas sewing Laque telephone Ogbucn charity Perry services Lawton youth activity.
Crow Canyon Home Demonstration group held a dinner at a Niles restaurant to install officers for the coming year. Toni Schilieper is president, Phylis Field vicepresident Lilian Sloate secretary Barbara Garfola treasurer and Eleanor Montero publicity. Eleven members attended with three guests Mrs F C Schilieper Mrs Edith Battiey and Miss Gladys Boone.
Eden Hospital auxiliary president My Evva Stivers calls a special board meeting Thursday at 8 p.m. to probe gift shop finances and consider raising membership dues. Stivers will present a nine month financial report with dues at 1 dollar per member. Committee chairs Betty Nordstrom Mary Reevis Helen Conklin Margaret Whitestone Josephine Mayes will give special reports in the medical library at Eden Hospital 20103 Lake Chabot road.
