Developer Files Claim For Land In Neverly Hills
A developer from Neverly Hills claims a land dispute after a 2 1/2 acre parcel near El Rancho Verde on the east side of Mi Boulevard opposite Fairway Park. He says the State Division of Highways reserved 52 feet of frontage, canceled street plans, and offered an insufficient price for the parcel.
