Hayward high school students join about 700 cadets from public and private schools for a 10 day California Cadet Corps encampment at Camp San Luis Obispo starting next Wednesday in summer postwar programs. Dr. Colonel Charlie A. Royston directs with 40 cadet unit commandants. 50 member band will perform daily.
