A 19 year old Oakland youth joined a fatal cafe attack in Russell City yesterday. Bettye Sukk a 44 year old San Leandro Highway Patrol employee was found dead in her bed at a Russell City home by a patrol officer and a colleague after she failed to appear for work. The coroner indicated she had been dead nearly two days. Funeral services are set for Monday at the Clarence F. Cooper mortuary in Oakland.
