A packed Saturday lineup includes the Hayward Weldonian Marching Band with the Bulan Twirling Corps at Chabot College auditorium tonight at 830 and tomorrow at 2 pm. Admission 1.50 doors, 4th year band. Hayward Farewell Centennial Party with 40s 50s music and about 1000 dancers at Centennial Hall. Also cinema, planetarium shows, an art and nature exhibition, pet lending, and a children's film festival. CAB approves two percent fare rise for 14 lines
