San Leandro moves toward revamping its core via phase three of the Downtown Revitalization Program. The city hired Persuta para Associates as interim developers for two blocks and approved Veralla Associates’ concept for a village style shopping area with beneath grade parking. Naming park for Bee to honor late Assemblyman Carlos Bee
