FBI says a truck terminal theft of 500 cases of Folger's coffee bound for Denver occurred Feb 18. Clifford Ortiz 38 Nicholas Rizzo 202 Vagabond Lane and Fernandez Basque 31 Dublin were charged with possession of stolen interstate property. Rizzo and Basque worked at Minois-California Express Co. terminal on Industrial Parkway West. A planned CB coffee sale had been announced weeks earlier, with further contacts made by phone.
