John Nagy of Castro Valley won the arand prize of 50 dollars and first in the Seed Bread category for Dilly Casserole Bread. First in White Bread went to Mrs. Patrick of Hayward, with Wheat Bread by Mrs. Sally Carracci of Fremont. Castro Valley’s Mrs. Barbara Chittock took first in variety bread. Awards will be presented at a forthcoming luncheon by The Daily Review. winners' recipes will appear in the food section.
