Sven Bosin a 72 year old San Francisco contractor could not cash a check or get his wife to pay a 46.30 cab fare so driver Willie Campers took him to jail. Bosin had tried to reach a Sonoma resort but was refused. He directed Campers to drive home and was jailed for nonpayment.
