Forecast calls for Monterey and Merced northward through and including Selutdsy. Expect rain showers and mist with temperatures rising above 3,000 to S000 feet in the mountains. Clouds dominate the sky with cooler conditions in the north and central regions.

FBI agents capture James E Kennedy after a high speed pursuit and gun battle under a railroad bridge.
