Decision Due in County Coliseum Test Case
Alameda County Superior Court Judge Thomas Caldecott pledges a ruling next Friday on the Oakland Alameda Coliseum sale. The case tests the $25 million project as county auditor Eugene Waring and city treasurer Alan Brizee refuse to issue initial payments binding Coliseum Inc. The decision could push the project forward or force a vote if contract legality is found invalid.
