Electrical workers who have struck West Coast shipyards since November 4 say a tentative agreement reached Friday could end the strike against about 30 independent yards. The 11 major yards show no settlement. Terms include a 25 cent hourly raise effective December 20, no cost of living increase, and other fringe benefits. current pay is 3.50 per hour.
