SAN LORENZO Firefighters delayed five minutes after a male babysitter in the Washburn home at 132 Grant Ave phoned in a fire, saying the attic was on fire. The roof burned away. the Washburns were away, their dog died, and damage reached about $5000. The sitter was Fred L. Smith, 30, and no cause was determined.
