San Leandro resident Thomas Hall age 24 of 16701 Melody Lane Hayward was named by a witness as the gunman who robbed the Circle Bar at 377 Bancrail Ave last weekend and fled with cash. He was pointed out yesterday in a Belle tin cup and will face armed robbery charges Monday in San Leandro Municipal Court.
