Houlihan handed subpoena prowling legal clash over Whitlock estate
Oakland Mayor John C. Houlihan was served a subpoena at San Francisco International Airport in a probate dispute over the late Sarilla Whitlock. Alameda County Deputy Sheriff Herbert Cobberpuil delivered the summons as Wagler, a Superior Court judge, weighs claims Houlihan held $100,000 of Whitlock’s estate unaccounted for.
