It argues current practice places jurors awkwardly and disconnected, hindering proper deliberation, and suggests better arrangements to ensure jurors sit together and can deliberate effectively.
The March port news lists ships sailing for Lisbon Seville Dublin and France. Gloucester reports a hog weighing 32 score and 16 pounds killed at Mr Tho Lilly's Huntsham Herefordshire. A farmer Lovelock of Donoley Fata and his servant fought over wages. the servant was struck with a pitchfork, skull fractured, dragged to a dunghill and died. The farmer allegedly beat his wife afterward, now confined. Tonight at Drury Lane Theatre Hamlet with Harlequin Shipwreck and at Covent Garden The Emperor of the Moon with Royal Chase.
