Port News Update on Ships and Atlantic Fleet Movements

Bristole July 7 reports Escape Fitzherbert from Gibraltar and Madeira with news of a 22 sail fleet under Romney convoy bound for Newfoundland and Virginia. Two ships left them two days earlier for the West Indies. Other vessels, including Cato from Africa and Jane from Swansey, arrived. many ships proceed to Portsmouth, Botton, Newfoundland, and Gravesend. East India Company and other imports noted. ships from Amsterdam, Genoa, Finland, Dunkirk, and Diep also reported.
