From Constantinople a report says Russian forces led by Marshal Count de Munich halted their advance due to heavy snows, then resumed the march toward Little Tartary after meltwater opened roads. The frontiers are being reinforced with garrisons at Asaph and Sinile Tartary to deter any breach.
