Frontiers Tartar incursions prompt Capigi-Pacha action
Mail from Constantinople reports that Tartars began incursions on Ukrainian frontiers. Grand Vizir dispatched Capigi-Pacha to depose the ban of the Tartars and summon an account of conduct. Reports also note Persia dealings with Schach Nadir, and broader European dispatches on Dutch, British, and Habsburg affairs with troop movements and treaties.
