Bus Slides From Hill Injuries Reported In Ford City
Five Ford City residents were injured when a bus slid off ice coated Ford City Hill, plunged fifty feet down an embankment and landed upright in Boulder Park. Driver Robert Frantz, 33, of Freeport RD 1, sustained a left leg injury. Lillian Wolfe, 70, Florence Mechling, and Mary Hartman were treated for rib cage and hand injuries at Armstrong County Memorial Hospital in Kittanning.
