Police Court Accounts in Health Violation Cases
Henry Herman and Don Crowley appeared in Judge Sullivan's court on charges of selling unwholesome food under health ordinances. Arrested last night on Inspector Tobin's complaint, they are peddlers who allegedly sold jelly to Frank McGinley of Kemper Avenue, later found unfit. They claim employment by C W Fisher and pleaded not guilty, trial set for next Friday. George Pollock faced assault charges against John Adamic, with a Friday setting. James Jones and Miss Minnie Pasco were fined 5 each for drunkenness. William McIntyre, accused of assaulting Peter Lombardy, had case continued to Tuesday.
