Sun Rise Mining in district court over receiver action
Late Anaconda locals report Sun Rise Mining Co in district court today regarding a petition to appoint Receiver Napton for certain sults. Chris Effinger, charged with incest, discharged by the district court today, caused the arrest of his daughter aged 18, charging her with imbecility. The retiring city council adjourned at 11 40 am until 3 pm to allow the finance committee to investigate an discrepancy between the treasurer's report and the police magistrate report of about 17f. On investigation it was learned the police magistrate paid in on the last day of April and the treasurer's report was made up the day before. This accounted for the difference. The old council is now my bexvion for the last time.
