New York March 11 The monthly statement from the Bureau of Statistics shows February 1899 exports led by bread stuffs valued at 2013 with a decline near one million dollars from February 1898. Provisions rose about 500 thousand to 12,661,635 while cotton fell about 4.4 million. Mineral oil increased 489 thousand to 3,403,331. total exports totaled 65,989 with a decrease near six thousand.
