Arethuse Ready for Chinese Waters From League Island

Under navy orders a large crew began preparing the water-carrying ship Arethuse for active service. The vessel, at League Island since the Spanish-American War, will be sent to China within ten days with coal ballast and about 4500 tons capacity for American warships.
