Washington June 28 The war department has received no official dispatches regarding the grounding of the transport Centennial on the north end of Logan. Logs of 100 tons of supplies were thrown overboard to tighten the ship. The Centennial carried 1800 tons of supplies and it is believed they were all the property of the subsistence department.
