Divorce Granted and Custody Awarded in Judge Lindsay’s Court
Emma Dugay received a decree of divorce from Augustine Dugay and custody of their three children. He was ordered to pay plaintiff’s attorney E. O. Jackson’s fee of $100. Mrs. Dugay testified to a Wisconsin marriage in January 1885, Montana residence for three years, and incidents of violence including July 4 1898. He was later arrested on a warrant for threatening to kill his wife and is jailed.
