Batterman Testimony Taken In Wyoming Slag Dump Hearing
Mr C S Batterman assistant superintendent of the Boston and Montana and Butte and Boston lines testified in Diamondville Wyoming at the slag dump hearing before Judge Blake. He described ore processing and tailings disposal noting water and tailings flows around the slag pile and proposed direct water routing to the reservoir. Hearing adjourned to March 4 or 5 with his testimony proceeding the next day.
