Windstorm Disrupts San Francisco Harbor Activities

Clarence Brune the actor and Minnie Truitt Brune face a suit by Edward Byrne seeking recovery of a 3000 acre Durango ranch valued at 25000 dollars. Byrne had exchanged the property in 1896 for 160 shares of the Moscow National Bank of Moscow Idaho where Brune served as cashier and trustee. The stock, once valued at 130 dollars a share, proved worthless as the bank later insolvent. Byrne refuses the stock.
