Doctors Agree Arrest Warrants Issued For Six Physicians
Warrants for the arrest of Dr Isabel Glidden Dr H J McDonald Dr Mae Nevin Dr French Dr Leggat and Dr Whitford have been issued as Judge Ferrell plans a matinee to present doctors agreeing on the outcome that they should not have been arrested. The complaints, prompted by Dr W M Schultz health officer, challenge the city ordinance on vital statistics requiring physicians to report births and deaths. Man arraigned on dog killing charge in local case
