Maloney claims the Silver King mine ore extends into Plymouth ground and was injuncted and a receiver appointed. King argues Maloney mines disputed ground and has taken about ten thousand dollars worth of ore. Trial of criminal calendar began with James Payne charged for burglary of a wool warehouse near the Northern Pacific depot, where 22 hides were stolen. Payne defense contends the hides came from other sources. Also noted: Articles of Incorporation for Tutte Manufacturing Co and Olson and Christian Co filed. Governor Toole appoints F Mulaney to fish and game board.
