It alleges Henry M. Wolf died in 1893 and heirs abandoned the tract, with no residence or cultivation, not due to military service. Notice orders appearance and evidence by November 14 1900 before C M Parr at Butte City, Montana, with final hearing November 21 1900 before the Receiver in Helena.
The Department of the Interior United States Land Office in Helena Montana issues a contest notice to the heirs of Henry M Wold dated November 19 1900. A sufficient contest affidavit has been filed with the office by George Schine indicating action on the claim as required.

The board of county commissioners of Silverbow county Montana invites sealed proposals from resident practicing physicians to furnish medical attendance and treatment to the dependent poor and inmates of the county jail for 1901. Proposals must cover medical surgical and hospital care medicines and infectious disease treatment. Bids to J E Moran clerk of the board and county clerk by December 27 1960 at 10 a m.

Sarah C. Gaskert administratrix of Harry Gaskert deceased will sell at private sale for cash, ten percent with bid, and remainder on court confirmation for the estate in Butte Silver Bow Montana. Property includes lots 22 and 23 Montana street and a lot 139 in Township 3N Range 8W, with described boundaries and lode claim parcels, to the highest bidder. J. S. Shropshire office. The claim lies within unsurveyed Township 1 N of Range W, with survey number 008 and adjacent Elkhorn Lode to the north.
