Police court fines for disturbances and assault case
In police court this morning W F H Young and Jennie Forrest Young pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace at the Castle lodging house and were fined $10 each. John Williams pleaded guilty to assaulting a white woman named Marguerite at 46 12 East Mercury street and was fined $10. J H Griffin pleaded not guilty to malicious mischief for breaking a door at 218 West Park street. his case is continued tomorrow.
