Frank Gustavsen carpenter alleges Smith drew a revolver, took 46 dollars and papers, and threatened him to stay silent after a brief talk about a foreman position. Two men described as stars helped arrest Gustavsen and forced him to sign a paper he could not read. Gustavsen says officers then paid him a dollar and sent him away.
