Bound for Butte Prompts Montana fugitives arrest
A Montana update reports Dan Lucey alias Lacey, wanted for the Patrick L. Regan murder in Silver Bow canyon last September, captured in Victor and being escorted toward Butte by Deputy Sheriff Murphy. Separate reports say Peter Normandie, suspected in the Big Hole river cabin looting, was arrested in Chateau County and awaits disposition in Butte. A Milwaukee Mining Company theft case cites John Doe suspects, with James M. Sullivan and wife charged with maintaining a public nuisance on Little Mina Street.
