Adjournment by 4 p m is anticipated.

Requisitions Issued for Montana Crimes to Utah Suspects

The Inter Mountain reports on April 17 that requisitions were issued to Utah Governor for three Montana suspects. Edward Allerson, accused of killing Mrs Creech in Butte on April 3, was arrested in East Lake City last Thursday. Henry Lewis and Edward Kerrigan are wanted for burglary at Frank Hingham’s residence, Montana Central conductor. All three are in custody in Salt Lake City. authorities headed to Salt Lake City to secure extradition.
