Notice announces a mortgage foreclosure auction in Butte Montana by Massachusetts Loan and Trust Company with special master Henry N. Clarke. It lists extensive property rights waterways ditches and mining claims across Basin Gulch Divide Creek and surrounding areas, to be sold at public auction on April 22, 1901, at noon with minimum bid and payment terms.
Ten co-owners including Andrew Bistro are informed that Erick Reha and Rick Harmon have spent labor and improvements on the Linda Quarie Lode in Summit Mountain district Silver Bow county Montana. Unpaid amounts totaling 153.93 12 are due for four years 1897 1898 149% 1901 with 22.83 13 each to the undersigned. If not paid within 90 days after public notice the claim will vest in the undersigned. March 5 1901.
United States Land Office Titiena Montana February 6 1901 states Narcisse Ledoux Joseph Labouchers and Mary J Baker have filed for a patent on 13.65 acres of the Hecla Lode claim starting at a marked corner and running 1416 linear feet with 179 feet north and 145 feet south from discovery. Describes properties including east half of southeast quarter section 15 and north half of northeast quarter section 22 township 3 north range 9 west and linked water rights. notice cites Deerlodge county records and specific deeds. Also includes notice to Pat O Nell and heirs about Admiral Dewey Quartz Lode claim joint owner share and unpaid labor sums total 42 dollars to be paid within 90 days or claim may vest with unnamed party.
