Special master Henry N. Blake to sell at public auction the Butte City Water Company assets, water rights and appurtenances in Silver Bow and Beaverhead counties. Sale follows US Ninth Circuit decree dated March 4 1901 and includes numerous ditches, canals, mining claims, easements, and land rights. A minimum bid of 1,000,000 dollars is set with a 25,000 dollar cash deposit and further payments per the decree.
