Butte City Water Company Foreclosure Auction Notice

Special master Henry N. Clarke will sell at public auction all water rights ditches and related property in Silver Bow and Beaverhead counties Montana under a foreclosure decree dated March 4 4901. The sale to the highest bidder at noon April 22 at the Silver Bow county courthouse includes Jerry Creek Divide Creek Basin Creek Black Tail Creek and numerous ditches and mining claims with extensive water rights and adjacent real property. The minimum bid is 1 010 000 dollars with a 25 000 dollar cash deposit required prior to bidding and final payment terms as stated in the decree.
