Thefts by Trio Involving Valley Car Parts Bandits
Five youths, aged 15 to 19, admitted stealing auto parts and gasoline from cars in Marin and Napa counties. One 19 year old, Joe Ralph Marion, was arraigned on a separate charge of possessing brass knuckles.
