Rain records show San Rafael has received 25.83 inches since July 1 making this the wettest season in 30 years. The Bank of San Rafael notes the six month period last broke 28.08 inches in 1920, with 24.87 inches recorded six years ago in 1944. Rainfall from noon yesterday to noon today measured 1.22 inches.
