Tax collector W. A. Downer reminds that taxes on all personal property and half the real property for 1901-1902 are due by Monday October 14, 1901, with delinquency after the last Monday in November. An added 15 percent penalty applies. if half remains unpaid by April 1902 another 5 percent is charged. The remaining half of real property taxes due from January 1909, delinquent last Monday in April, 6 p.m. five percent extra.
