The suit by E D McCabe against Charloe M Shortridge to remove her from the Building and Loan Commissioner's office was heard before Judge Beano. McCabe alleged an eighteen month limitation on a challenge after Governor Gage appointed Shortridge, who currently draws the salary. The court continued the case to next Friday after yesterday's hearing.
