Residents bid farewell as Harris family leaves for Rhode Island
The Harris family plans to depart for Rindeeland in a few days. Guy Harris has run a shop there since the earlier move, but strong incentives entice them to return. Charles McCraney Dead at Stevenson Ranch
Charles McCraney died in May at the Stevenson ranch and was buried in Brev enton cemetery. He leaves a wife and two children and was the sixth of fourteen children to die of consumption. The funeral was at the cemetery with Rev F J Hindson of Newman conducting the service.
