A warrant issued before Judge Dunn targets William Bolton of near Russellville for allegedly ruining a 17 year old Jefferson City girl. The offense, stated as January, involved a promise of marriage. Bolton reportedly failed to appear for the ceremony last week. Sheriff Richier to serve the warrant today and present him before Judge Dunn. local signatories ban hunting on their land, warning prosecution.
