Tucker Given Four Years in State Prison
Henry Tucker of Jefferson City pleaded guilty to burglary and larceny in Cole County Circuit Court and was sentenced to four years in the state penitentiary by Judge Henry J. Westhues. He will begin serving his term this morning after admitting guilt for robbing Captain Fred Foubister’s Salvation Army home on April 23. He sought parole but was denied due to a long record. George Washington of Boonville was sentenced to ninety days in the county jail after pleading guilty to whiskey transportation and was also denied parole because of a prior bad record.
