Chester Illinois July 24 The arrest of John Moran an incorrigible prisoner at the Illinois State Hospital for the criminal insane brought the total recaptured from the Sunday night escape to thirty one. Nine remain at large as posses hunt them. Edward Petri warden of the Southern Illinois penitentiary said Moran was captured by the city marshal without a struggle and that four or five more may be retaken tomorrow.
