A Dodge coupe owned by W. H. Yontz of the State Highway Department was stolen at 2 am from East McCarty Street and found wrecked near Riverview Cemetery on Ten Mile Drive. The top was crushed and blood on the seat suggested injuries to occupants. Police found no thieves by nightfall.
